What to Know Before the Banana Boat Ride:
Only children above 6 years old are allowed.
The minimum number of individuals required to book a banana boat ride is 2.
The rides are available only between 9AM and sunset.
An original ID/passport will be required.
The tickets, once bought, are non-refundable after the 24-hour advance notice.
Banana Boat Cancellation Process
Cancellation should be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation in less than 24 hours will be fully charged.
The amount will be sent to the same account from which the booking was made.
In the event of bad weather conditions or any other external factors, the ride can be rescheduled, or you may receive a full refund.
